Static PNG, JPEG, BMP or WebP. One file, up to 40 MiB, 24 million pixels and 8192 px per side. PNG optimization: up to 6 million pixels.
Checkerboard areas indicate transparency. Previews fit the screen; downloads keep the displayed pixel dimensions.

Understand the task
Outer padding expands the canvas without resizing the image. A 1200×800 image with 40 pixels on each side becomes 1280×880. The corner radius clips the original image’s corners; it does not round the outer padding rectangle.
What this tool does
Add outer padding, choose a solid or transparent margin, and round the image’s corners.
How to use
- Choose image
- Set the padding in pixels and select a color or transparent margin. Optionally set the image corner radius. Create a preview and check the final dimensions.
- Downloads re-encode pixels and remove source metadata. JPEG fills transparent areas with the selected background.
Limits and common errors
Padding is equal on all four sides, from 0–2048 pixels. Radius is capped at half the shorter image side. Rounded corners and transparent margins require PNG/WebP to retain alpha.

Questions and answers
Will the border cover part of my picture?
No. Padding is added outside the image. Rounding does remove pixels at the original image’s corners. The original remains available through Restore original if you reuse an edited result.
