Tool input and local processing

Tools marked “Local and private” process the text or files you provide inside your browser. That input is not uploaded to Daily Free Tools. A future tool that needs server-side processing will identify that behavior before you submit data.

Technical information our hosting may receive

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, timestamp, referrer, and error or security events. We use this information for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Browser storage

Local browser storage remembers your theme and analytics cookie choice. Tool input is not intentionally stored by Daily Free Tools. Your browser, extensions, clipboard, or downloaded files may retain information under their own settings.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics with advanced Consent Mode. Before you choose, and after you reject cookies or close the notice, basic visits and consent-choice events are sent without reading or writing analytics cookies. If you allow analytics cookies, they may be used to measure repeat visits. Requests can include the page path, device and browser information, consent state, and network information such as IP address; cookieless does not mean no data is sent. Advertising storage and personalization stay disabled. Tool inputs, uploaded file contents, passwords, API keys, URL queries, and fragments are not included in our measurement payloads.

Google AdSense and advertising

We may use Google AdSense in the future. If enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, or similar identifiers to serve, measure, limit, and protect ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Third parties may place or read cookies in your browser as a result of ads shown on this site.

Consent and your choices

The bottom notice offers Allow cookies, Reject cookies, and Close. Rejection and closure keep cookieless measurement active and save your preference locally. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission disables analytics storage and removes our first-party analytics cookies. Browser privacy controls and extensions can block requests.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell tool input. We may share limited technical information with hosting, security, analytics, or advertising providers only for the services described above, or when required by law. Retention depends on operational needs, provider settings, security requirements, and legal obligations.

Children

Daily Free Tools is a general-audience utility site and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child through our contact address.
