How it works

These styles replace characters with Unicode symbols; they are not font files or CSS formatting. Mathematical letters, enclosed letters and fullwidth characters can look different while remaining plain text. The destination font controls how they appear.

What you can do

Choose mathematical alphabets, enclosed letters, partial superscripts/subscripts, combining lines, Zalgo or ASCII case changes. Copy another style from the preview list. Remove known style mappings, optionally keep one family, or explicitly apply NFKC. Mirror and upside-down use approximate glyph substitutions and reverse grapheme order. Emoji maps supported Latin letters/digits; other text is preserved. Review variants use Unicode confusables and keep the same case-sensitive skeleton; they may repeat and are not a security assessment. Maximum100variants and250000output units.

How to use it

  1. Paste text and choose a style. Try the mixed-language example to see which characters can change.
  2. For Zalgo choose 0–12 marks per grapheme. Run, review the selected result, then copy it or use a preview’s copy button. Reuse followed by undo makes experimentation reversible.

Errors and limits

Mapped alphabets mainly cover ASCII Latin letters and digits. Missing superscript/subscript letters and unrelated scripts remain unchanged. Zalgo skips emoji and appends marks after whole graphemes. NFKC can alter meaning; mapped-style removal does not remove arbitrary accents. Roman mode converts individual numeral characters, not ASCII Roman expressions.

Up to 10,000 UTF-16 input units, 250,000 output units, a 1 MiB UTF-8 file and 20 seconds per run. Reports use machine-readable JSON field names.

Frequently asked questions

Why do some letters stay the same?

Unicode has no complete matching alphabet for every style or script. This tool keeps unsupported characters instead of deleting or inventing them. Styled text can also reduce accessibility and searchability; use ordinary text for essential information.
