Understand the concept

An ideal clock moves continuously: the hour hand advances 0.5° per minute while the minute hand advances 6°. At 03:30 the hands are 75° apart, not 90°. The smaller and reflex angles add to 360°.

What you can do

Render analog, digital and mirrored times; show separate hand angles or follow the local clock. Export a fixed SVG or PNG snapshot and a numeric report.

How to use

  1. Enter a 24-hour time such as 03:30:00 and choose the view.
  2. Generate to see the hand angles. Independent hands create a geometry diagram; live mode follows your device time.
  3. Inspect the result and numeric report. Download SVG for editable vectors, PNG for a fixed image, or JSON to restore these settings later.

Limits and common errors

Angles are measured clockwise from 12. Independent hands do not necessarily describe a mechanically possible clock. Exports freeze one instant; no time-zone conversion occurs here.

Frequently asked questions

How is mirror time calculated?

The 12-hour cycle is reflected about the vertical axis: 03:30:00 becomes 08:30:00. This is a clock-face reflection, not a change of time zone.
